Malarie is a board-certified management coach and senior level HR professional, practicing HR in the construction industry for over five years. Prior to that, Malarie’s career was shaped initially in the banking industry. Malarie’s earned her undergraduate degree in accounting and her graduate degree in Human Resources Management. She holds her SHRM-CP and SPHR as well as a certificate in management coaching. Malarie lives in Newport, NH with her husband and two fur babies.
